SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates:
For non-rural orders there is a flat shipping rate of $7 up to 2kg and for rural deliveries $9.50, this is New Zealand only. Couriers can not deliver to PO BOX numbers.
Please contact us directly via email if you have an item to be shipped overseas.
Alternatively if you would like to collect your item from our shop you can find us at the Clock tower corner, 9/400 High Street, Motueka. The bright yellow building.
All due care is taken to ensure items arrive quickly and safely.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that sometimes people change their mind, therefore we do offer a change of mind refund. Refund is the value of the item purchased only, when the item is returned to the Rockfella. The purchaser must pay for the return of the item (this return courier fee is not refundable). Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes if they have been damaged in shipping due to not being adequately packaged for their return.
If you are returning an item you must email us within 7 days of receiving the item to therockfella@gmail.com. Items must be in an unworn condition with original tags.
If an item is not the same as shown on the website, we will refund the product cost and freight once this item has been returned to the Rockfella.
All due care is taken to ensure the best possible product, but things do happen. If the fault is with the product a 6 months Warranty is provided. In the event of breakage in transit you must contact us as soon as the item has arrived (pictures of the broken item would beneficial) so we can follow up and replace the item for you*
* As each piece is hand made there will be some variation so replacement is to the best of our ability.
Please also remember that computer monitors all show colour differently so although we have done out best to provide accurate photos of the items, some colours may appear brighter or darker then the actual item may have appeared. As it depends on light and settings we do not take responsibility for this.

Credit card details are only for purchase transaction purposes and not retained in any way.
Contact details are retained for the duration of warranty period.
